How long is a security contract?
The contract is normally for one year as agreed between the parties and is automatically renewed unless revoked by either side with one month's notice or payment in lieu of notice.
Who employs the security staff?
Our staff are on our own roll. We arrange their wages, overtime, P.F., ESIC, bonus, gratuity, leave, uniforms and other benefits.
Whose instructions do the guards follow?
Our staff are under our direct control and supervision, but carry out the work allotted by the standing orders of the client and obey reasonable and legal instructions given by the client's executives.
What happens in case of theft?
We undertake a thorough inquiry in liaison with the civil police and allied authorities. If a police investigation proves it was due to carelessness or connivance of our staff on duty, we hold them responsible and co-operate with the authorities in legal action against them.
How is the service supervised?
Our executives visit the unit periodically, hold surprise checks and night rounds, and attend meetings convened by the management when required.
When is billing and payment?
We send bills at the end of each month and the management makes payment latest by the 5th of the next month.
Do you provide ex-servicemen, gunmen and escorts?
Yes. We provide ex-serviceman security personnel, gunmen, and armed or unarmed escorts according to the client's need.
