- The contract will normally be for one year as agreed between the parties and will be automatically renewed, if not specifically revoked, by giving one month's notice or payment in lieu of it, by either side.
- We will provide the necessary staff, who will work round the clock.
- Our staff will be on our roll and we will arrange for their wages, overtime, P.F., ESIC, bonus, gratuity, leave, uniforms and other benefits.
- We will send bills at the end of each month. The management will make payment latest by the 5th of the next month.
- Our staff will be under our direct control and supervision, but will carry out the work allotted to them by the standing orders of the client. They will also obey reasonable and legal instructions given by the client's executives.
- In case of theft, we will undertake thorough inquiries in liaison with civil police and allied authorities. If it is proved in police investigation that it was due to carelessness or connivance of our staff on duty, we will hold them responsible and co-operate with the authorities in taking legal action against them.
- We will maintain liaison with police, fire-fighting department and other authorities to meet the requirements of the client during normal and emergency periods.
- Our executives will visit the unit periodically for strict supervision, hold surprise checks and night rounds, and attend meetings convened by the management as and when required, with due co-operation from the management.
